Evolutionary Studies (EvoS) Seminar Series – Ecological Adaptation and the Origin and Maintenance of Biodiversity

March 29 @ 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm

The Evolutionary Studies (EvoS) program at Binghamton University (SUNY) has organized a weekly seminar series on evolution-related topics. The EvoS seminar series brings distinguished speakers and alumni to Binghamton’s campus each semester to share their work on all aspects of humanity and the natural world from an evolutionary perspective. The seminars are open to the campus and public, and this spring the seminar series is completely online. The EvoS program has partnered with This View of Life (TVOL) to bring the seminar series to a wider audience.

This week the topic will be “Ecological Adaptation and the Origin and Maintenance of Biodiversity” featuring Thomas Powell, Binghamton University, Biology/EvoS.

Date/Time: Mondays, 5:15-6:15 pm EST starting February 22nd, 2021.
